We are looking for an experienced customer CRM and Retention Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role on the Ecommerce team and work cross-functionally to help ideate, build, and manage effective email marketing/CRM campaigns for the ALOHAS customer. The CRM and Retention Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.


  • Measuring and optimizing Cohorts, Purchase frequency NPS, and RFM segments
  • Create customer-centric, retention satisfaction, customer LTV reports
  • Developing customer segmentation, personalization, targeting, and contact strategies
  • Owning the CRM lifecycle campaign calendars and test & learn agenda
  • Forming hypotheses, testing and optimizing campaigns for best performance
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.



  • 5+ years of email/CRM D2C experience, including hands-on work with segmentation, personalization software, and database management.
  • 3+ years experience with directly managing email marketing program required (without agency support)
  • Excellent understanding of CRM fundamentals, outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data for insights and actions.
