We’re hiring an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our community’s growth and lead our marketing team. You’ll own our user journey from acquisition, to engagement, retention and referrals. We’re looking for a marketer with a growth-hacking mindset and technical expertise, who runs product experiments based on data, user, and market analyses. As part of our company’s leadership, you will represent the product team to stakeholders and champion the voice and interests of our members to grow our community leveraging a game-changing product.

What you’ll be doing but not limited to


  • We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us; someone with a passion for building brands and driving leads through a range of online and social channels.

  • This person will manage paid User Acquisition campaigns from start to finish, actively testing & analyzing concepts, with the goal of driving down CPA while maintaining the quality of the users acquired.

  • This person will also be in charge of finding and implementing growth tactics, acquisition channels and opportunities with a data-driven mindset.

  • The Growth Marketing Manager will develop hypotheses, generate bold ideas and implement them.


Your Profile


  • Excellent experience in marketing, user acquisition, or growth

  • Experience with website testing, conversion rate optimization, and organic marketing channels

  • Experience of developing growth strategy

  • A track record with paid and unpaid marketing campaign management

  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)

  • Highly analytical and fluent in deriving insights from data

  • Fluent in English and fluent French would be an advantage
